Insight – Coach Elaine provides new insights, tools & accountability to redefine your relationship with thoughts, breathing patterns, food choices, hydration levels, sleep cycles, and exercise habits.

No-diets – Stop the yo/yo experience by discovering your “primal pattern” nutrition plan! You get to enjoy food you love, without restriction. Yes, there will be self-assessments & a food journal, so we learn the foods you love and what meals meet your lifestyle needs. We help you create a “no diet – diet plan” for your lifestyle and fitness goals.
Liberated Body – Whether you want to get back in shape, or get out of chronic back pain, I’ve been there, and I wish I had a Holistic Fitness Coach to help me.
